Jammal Lemy

As a first-generation Haitian American filmmaker, designer, and artist, I made waves in the 2018 election by redefining patriotism and digital voter registration through my QR American Flag design. Working as an independent filmmaker and creative, I created a range of visual content in my community, shot digital photography and created designs for my clothing company before helming the Creative Director position at March For Our Lives. At the organization, I oversaw creative projects ranging from utilizing music festivals for voter registration to producing video content with the cast of the Avengers to boost voter turnout.

After collaborating with the likes of Frank Ocean, Jenny Holzer, and Hank Willis Thomas, and contributing to a New York Times bestseller, I am now working full-time as a writer and director.

My goal is to create multimedia art that examines the human condition and popular culture and push it to new limits.
